- Matsue city on Google maps. My apartment block is smack in the middle of this map (gray rectangle, west of that big radio tower — a couple of houses in from the big road). Follow 485 north a block and you'll find, on your right, a great Okonomiyaki place!

Daisen
The way to get from Matsue to Daisen is to take the JR San-in Hon-sen (San-in main line) to Yonago, and then the Nihonkotsu bus to Daisen. There is an early bus (7:10 from Yonago, last time I checked) that skips a lot of stops.
